Terms and Conditions of Sale for Master Artisan Restorations
At Sukin’s Reimagined Antiques, we specialize in the unique trade of Antique Furniture Restoration Lubbock. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of refurbished antiques and fine solid wood furniture, the following legal terms apply to all transactions to ensure professional standards and clarity.
Furniture and Refurbished Goods Policy
All sales of refurbished antique furniture, mid-century modern pieces, and fine solid wood furniture are conducted on an “As-Is” basis, similar to a private vehicle sale. Once a piece leaves our workshop or showroom floor, the sale is considered final.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or “buyer’s remorse.”
- The Finish Guarantee: We stand behind our craftsmanship. If a finish (paint, stain, or lacquer) fails due to a verified material defect, Sukin’s Reimagined Antiques will refinish the affected area at no additional labor cost.
- Post-Sale Damage: If a customer scratches or damages a piece after it has left our possession, we may consider performing a furniture repair at a discounted artisan rate. Eligibility is determined by the Master Artisan based on damage severity.
Logistics, Delivery, and Transportation
Sukin’s Reimagined Antiques is a restoration studio and does not provide delivery or pickup services.
- Client Responsibility: The transport of all items—including those returned for verified material defect repair—is the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
- Third-Party Movers: For your convenience, we can recommend professional local movers. However, the contract for transport is strictly between the customer and the mover of their choice. Sukin’s Reimagined Antiques assumes no liability for items once they are in the hands of a third-party carrier.
Specialty Items and Electrical Services
Our expertise extends to lamp repair, electrical component replacement, and the sale of curated antique trinkets.
- Lamps & Lighting: We repair electrical wiring, switches, and shade hardware. Due to the vintage nature of these components, all electrical sales and repairs are final.
- Antique Trinkets: All sales of crystal, china, jewelry boxes, and vintage collectibles are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued.
