Master Artisan Disclosures & Binding Legal Terms

1. Comprehensive Scope of Agreement

This Refund and Return Policy governs all transactions with Sukin’s Reimagined Antiques, dba REIMAGINED ANTIQUES. By engaging our master artisan services or purchasing curated inventory, the Customer acknowledges they are bound by these terms. This document protects the professional integrity and proprietary techniques of the premier furniture restoration authority in Lubbock.

2. Restoration Workshop: ALL SERVICES FINAL

Our Restoration Workshop provides non-commodity artisan labor. Furniture repair and furniture refinishing involve irreversible alterations to organic materials; therefore, all labor is final.

A. Non-Refundable 50% Deposit

All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit for labor and materials. Once paid, these funds are allocated to project overhead and Mohawk finishing products. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

The Strict 10-Day Revenue Protection Clause

LEGAL AND BINDING TIMELINE:

  1. Final Payment: Balance due in full within 10 business days of completion.
  2. Pickup: Logistics are the sole responsibility of the Customer or their mover.
  3. Immediate Forfeiture: Items left beyond 10 business days are confiscated and sold at our Boutique Gallery to recover losses. All deposits are forfeited.

3. Boutique Gallery: ALL RETAIL SALES FINAL

  • Antiques: Sold “As-Is” with no warranty on vintage structures.
  • Boutique Clothing: All sales final. No returns on worn/used apparel.
  • Car Freshies: No returns once unwrapped. Scent longevity not guaranteed.
  • Trinkets/Crystal: No refunds for breakage occurring after sale.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

Misappropriation of our proprietary furniture restoration techniques or photography will be prosecuted. All processes are the property of Sukin’s Reimagined Antiques.
