2. Payment Terms & Methods

We provide a variety of payment options for your convenience. By choosing a payment method, you authorize Reimagined Antiques to charge the agreed-upon amount for restoration services.

• Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in our restoration schedule and to purchase project-specific materials.
• Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion of the project and prior to delivery or pickup.
• Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX), Digital Wallets (Apple Pay), and direct transfer apps (Zelle, CashApp).

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

As a provider of custom Antique Furniture Restoration Lubbock, our work is highly personalized. Please note the following:

• Service Cancellation: If you cancel your project before work begins, your deposit may be held to cover administrative and material costs.
• Completed Work: Once a piece is restored and accepted by the client, all sales are final.
• Issues/Adjustments: If a technical defect in the restoration appears within 30 days of delivery, Reimagined Antiques will evaluate and perform necessary adjustments at no additional labor cost.

4. Service Fulfillment & Estimates

Estimates provided are based on initial visual inspections. Antique restoration can reveal hidden structural issues. If additional labor or parts are required, we will halt work and seek client approval before proceeding.

5. Client Property and Liability

We treat every piece with “Master Artisan” care. However, due to the inherent nature of aged wood, finishes, and hardware, Reimagined Antiques is not liable for structural failures caused by pre-existing dry rot, pest damage, or previous amateur repairs.

6. Privacy and Data Security

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services provided in Lubbock, TX shall be settled in the local courts of Lubbock County.
