1. Service Entities & GBP Verification

REIMAGINED ANTIQUES operates as the premier authority for furniture restoration in West Texas. These terms apply to all transactions conducted at:

2. Workshop Service Protocols

Our workshop is the leading furniture repair shop for the Lubbock region. By commissioning our services, you agree to the following:

A. Estimates & Structural Discovery

All quotes for furniture repair and antique lamp repair are estimates. If hidden rot, material failure, or structural issues are identified upon disassembly, we will pause work and notify the client for approval of updated costs. Restoration is an organic process; we do not guarantee an “exact” factory color match on partial set repairs unless the entire set is refinished.

B. The 50% Deposit & Final Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit of labor and materials is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due in full within 10 business days of completion notification.

3. Transport & Strict 10-Day Forfeiture Rule

REIMAGINED ANTIQUES does not provide moving services. Transport is the sole responsibility of the customer. While we can refer a primary mover with economical pricing, customers must coordinate their own logistics.

4. Proprietary Intellectual Property

All artisan techniques, structural joinery methods, and project photography are the proprietary intellectual property of Sukin’s Reimagined Antiques. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
